In a large bowl, take your sweetened condensed milk and whipped topping and fold together until they are smooth and well incorporated. Next, add milk and chocolate syrup to the bowl. Mix all of these ingredients together until well combined. It will be runny. Transfer to an airtight freezer-safe container. Stir this mixture hourly until it reaches your desired consistency. Note: if you split the mixture into smaller containers, it will freeze faster.
