It’s so easy to make the garlic pesto (click the link to check out my recipe) and this pasta is absolutely delicious. The chicken is absolutely flavorful and very easy to make. You really need to try this recipe. You can serve this as is, with Cilantro Lime Rice, or get some tortilla from the store and prepare some shredded vegetables and you will have the best shrimp tacos at home. It’s so good, with perfect ratio of soup vs. chicken vs. noodles. This recipe feeds 6 people, or you can have the soup the whole day. You will love it, I promise.
