Sorry for taking a two-week break for the weekly meal plan as we were celebrating Thanksgiving (what meal plan when you have Thanksgiving). I also skipped last week as I am sure everyone was recovering from Thanksgiving food coma and concussion. Anyway, I am back to help you plan December with easy and delicious homemade meals. For this Weekly Meal Plan #5, I am going to plan more global flavors recipes. I am not sure about you, but after Thanksgiving, I am craving for something “exotic” and different. Remember that this weekly meal plan is a general guideline, you don’t have to follow it exactly. Pick what works for you, change things up and make it work for you. Happy cooking and eating!

Trust me, it’s very rewarding to make Chinese dumplings. Once you master the techniques, you can whip up all sorts of dumplings and potstickers for the entire family! You can also make ahead, freeze them so you can eat them whenever you want through the week. My mouth is watering at the very thought of it. You can serve the meatballs with an easy spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and dry crushed red peppers.
