Gemma’s Pro Chef Tips
You can use low-fat or fat-free yogurt to make this, but full-fat yogurt will give you the creamiest texture. The fruit adds natural sweetness but if your fruit is not at peak ripeness be sure to taste and adjust the amount of honey if needed. You can use vanilla or strawberry yogurt for this but be sure to leave out the honey since these yogurts are already sweetened. You can make this with fresh, unfrozen fruit. Just increase the freezing time to 6 hours. This recipe is so healthy you could eat it for breakfast!
