Star Wars Blue Milk

Different milks

Soy milk- to keep the thick and creamy feel, and to keep the drink plant-based without dairy, you can try this milk. It doesn’t have a strong flavor. Oat milk- this milk is also a little thicker and creamier. It has a bit of a nutty taste. Almond milk- a thinner milk, though a lot of people enjoy it and it doesn’t have a strong taste. Rice milk- a basic milk, doesn’t taste like anything. It’s a great base for whatever you want to mix with it.

Food coloring alternates

Blue spirulina powder- this blue/green pigment comes from a type of algae. In large amounts, it tastes slightly earthy, but within a sweet drink, you wouldn’t be able to taste it. Blue fruit punch powder- that, or blue raspberry. This will add color and flavor to your drink.

The Process

Making Blue Milk is simple. Gather all of your ingredients, except for the food coloring. Put the ingredients into your blender and blend until everything is combined and smooth. At this point, you can add the food coloring and pulse the blender, making sure the color is evenly dispersed. Serve your drink immediately. It will be nice and cold and the perfect consistency.
