This Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie is the perfect dessert for sharing. It is a giant cookie baked in a skillet to give it a crispy crunchy outside but an ooey gooey inside. Once it is baked and topped with ice cream and chocolate we like to put the skillet in the middle of the table, give everyone a fork, and dig in! To start, in the large bowl of a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugars together. Then, stir in the eggs and vanilla. After the eggs and vanilla are combined, in a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. While mixing on low speed, spoon the dry ingredients into the wet batter. Mix until just incorporated. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.
