Instead of making a whole no-bake cheesecake I created this recipe for Single Serve Funfetti Cheesecake just for times like these. I love this recipe as it’s all the best bits of a funfetti cake and a classic cheesecake in one.
To make my Single Serve Cheesecake, I start by making my classic no bake cheesecake base of cream cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla. Before you know it this dessert is halfway done. Next I simply add in Funfetti sprinkles and a bit of my all-natural pink food coloring and like that, this cheesecake base goes from plain to Funfetti. To assemble I layer toasty crushed Graham Crackers and my pink Funfetti Cheesecake filling in a pretty glass. Finish with a few sprinkles and a dollop of whipped cream to make this Funfetti Cheesecake complete. Talk about eating with your eyes, this dessert is beyond pretty and such a great way to indulge in a little something special. I can’t wait for you to dig into this!
