Ingredients in Roasted Baby Potatoes
Golden Baby Potatoes – you can also use fingerling potatoes or small Yukon Gold potatoes Avocado Oil – or another oil with a high smoke point like peanut oil, sunflower oil, or canola oil. Extra-virgin olive oil has too low of a smoke point for this recipe. Kosher Salt and Black Pepper Dried Thyme – see below for other seasoning ideas, but we love dried thyme!
