Raspberry Muffins
Raspberry muffins is one of my favorite baking recipes for muffins. I love the smell of muffins perfuming my house with sweet, buttery aromas. Secondly, homemade muffins just taste so much better! When it comes to baking, I love everything mini, including these mini raspberry muffins.

This easy and healthy raspberry muffin recipe recipe calls for very simple ingredients:

How To Make Raspberry Muffins From Scratch
It’s super easy to make muffins. First, cream the butter and sugar until well combined before adding eggs. Next, stir in the milk, all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt to form the muffin batter. Fold in the fresh raspberry and transfer the batter to a muffin pan. Bake the muffins at 375°F or 190°C for about 25 to 30 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean.
