Hi Bold Bakers! Peach Melba is traditionally Peaches and Raspberry Sauce with vanilla ice cream. This dessert is straight out of the 80’s. The dessert was originally invented by a French Chef to honor the Australia opera star, Nellie Melba. As a frozen yogurt all the flavors work well together, and of course the color is undeniably beautiful. Already have an account? No Machine Homemade Frozen Yogurt means not having to worry about not owning an expensive ice cream machine. I like to make recipes that are accessible to everyone as much as I can. I don’t own an ice cream machine and I’m guessing a lot of you don’t either. What I do own is a food processor. My food processor is used for a multitude of recipes in my kitchen and I love it. There’s not much it can’t do so when I tried to make my own version of frozen yogurt in it I knew it was up to the challenge. The results are a smooth and creamy Frozen Yogurt that is second to none.

Gemma’s Pro Chef Tips
You can use regular or Greek yogurt for this recipe. Although you can use low or non-fat yogurt, for the creamiest results, full fat yogurt is best. You can use fresh fruit if you don’t have frozen but we only suggest this if you are making this in the summer with peak season fruit. Otherwise, frozen fruit will give you the best taste over off-season fruit. While you are waiting for your frozen yogurt to freeze, make some quick homemade Ice Cream Cones!
