One of the best cauliflower recipes is roasted cauliflower recipe topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. It can be roasted whole but I personally love it sliced. This easy oven roasted cauliflower is adapted from Bon Appetit magazine. This recipe is so easy to make and takes only 10 minutes prep time.
How To Roast Cauliflower
Roasting cauliflower is so easy. First, remove any dirt or debris by rinsing it with water. Then, pat the head dry with paper toweling and slice the head into thin cauliflower steaks. Add butter, salt and ground black pepper before roasting in the oven with Parmesan cheese.
What To Serve With Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
