Ingredients in Peanut Butter Bark
The best thing about this recipe is the combination of white chocolate and peanut butter. It reminds me of the flavors and creaminess of a Reese’s White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, but it’s even better with the crunchy rice cereal and additional chocolate chips and marshmallows. Here’s all you need:
Ghirardelli white melting wafers – Two 10 ounce bags. I like the Ghirardelli brand but you can use any white chocolate you like. You could also melt vanilla almond bark or white chocolate chips as the base for this recipe. Peanut butter – half a cup of your favorite creamy peanut butter. Crispy rice cereal – three cups or a little less if you like more of a gooey, less crunchy texture. Miniature chocolate chips – about a cup of the tiny semi-sweet chocolate chips. You can also chop up your favorite chocolate candy to add to the bark recipe. Miniature fluffy marshmallows – one and a half cups of the little marshmallows.
