The Best Lemon Garlic Shrimp
If there is one thing that I can’t live without, it’s probably shrimp. I love shrimp, and if there is only one food that I can choose, it’s going to be shrimp. Yes. I do love shrimp that much. When I was clearing out the fridge in the past few days, I was so happy to see that I have a pound of shrimp sitting in my freezer. I also have a bag of garlic, parsley leaves, one lemon, and half stick of butter. Ideas started to flood my mind, I could have lemon garlic shrimp with all these ingredients above and I will be very happy as it is so delicious, yet so easy to make.

Cooking Tips
For the best result, use medium-sized shrimp, as bigger shrimp tend to be rubbery in texture. Peel off the shell, leave the tail on so you can actually use your hand to eat the shrimp. Hold it by the tail and suck the lemony, garlicky, and buttery flavors off the entire shrimp, ahhhh, you will be in shrimp heaven.
