This Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich is truly a family favorite for us. A few of us worked at Pizza Factory growing up and we all LOVED their Gobbler Sandwich. Now we can have it any time in our own kitchens! It is packed with deli turkey, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, melted cheese, fresh veggies, and a drizzle of flavorful homemade ranch.

What Makes These Sandwiches So Good?
What I love most about these sandwiches is the cream cheese on each slice of bread. It may sound weird to some but it is SO GOOD! It adds a little creamy-ness that just brings the whole sandwich together. If you are on the fence about it, just try it. You will love it!
Variations and Substitutions
This is my favorite way to make a hot turkey sandwich, but it is definitely not the only way! Provolone is a nice mild cheese that complements the turkey but you can also try Swiss cheese, gouda, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, goat cheese, or gorgonzola. Try different sauces like honey mustard, dijon mustard, aioli, olive oil with balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper, tapenade, or pesto. For veggie and topping variations, try adding olives, pepperoncini, fresh basil leaves, sprouts, thinly sliced red onion, apple slices, or strawberry slices.
Leftover Turkey Sandwiches
If you are looking for more of a Thanksgiving-style hot turkey sandwich, try our Pilgrim Sandwiches. They are so easy and you can use all your Thanksgiving leftovers. They are loaded with leftover turkey breast, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and even a little mashed potatoes and gravy if you prefer!
