Hi Bold Bakers! What is your favorite Oreo Cookie? Wait! You don’t have to pick just one because I have from-scratch recipes for single-serving Chocolate, Red Velvet and Birthday Cake Oreo Cookies. And guess what? They are GIANT Oreo Cookies! When I was young growing up in Ireland, Oreo Cookies were something you could only get if you went on vacation to Disneyland, Florida or if you had family that lived in the U.S. These days they are universal, which is great. However, what is even better is being able to make them in your own kitchen. For my Homemade Oreo Cookies, I definitely used my creative license by saying that they are “single serving.” To be fair to me it is one cookie. It’s just one cookie that weighs the same as a small bag of sugar. I suggest enjoying it yourself over a few days or sharing it with someone you really like…I mean really like. Previously, we have made Giant Single-Serving Chocolate Chip Cookies, Peanut Butter & Jelly and Sugar Cookies to name but a few. Everyone went nuts for them because they are solution to a problem we all face which is “I want a cookie but I don’t want to make a whole batch.” Enter my Giant Single-Serving Cookies. To me it made perfect sense to take some of my favorite store-bought cookies and not only make them from scratch, but make them GIANT! The cookie dough is such a small amount you can mix it by hand without the need for a mixer.
The doughs freeze perfectly so they can be baked off later. Double up and have reserves to “Bake in case of emergency.”

Δ Δ Can I make this cookies in toaster oven? I really wanted to try your cookie recipe but I only have a toaster oven. Thanks???? I’m wondering how to make the original Oreo ( which is apparently the only one suitable for people who are allergic to egg and dairy products) I was hoping to make a giant Oreo for my kids birthday and there are so many kids with allergies and it’s hard to find good recipes. Kind regards Flo
