How To Make Extremely Cheesy Corn Casserole

First, preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C). Next, melt butter in a skillet (or a saucepan) and stir-fry garlic and chili pepper to bring out the spiciness. To make the extremely cheesy base, add corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir and cook until the corn is evenly coated with melting cheese.
Now, it’s ready to bake. Transfer the corn mixture to a baking dish, and top it with extra mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, and freshly chopped herbs to create a crisp and flavorful crust. Bake the corn casserole until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove it from the oven and serve immediately.

Cooking Tips

To make the best extremely cheesy corn casserole, please follow my tips below:

Whether you use fresh, frozen, or canned corn, the result is a harmonious blend of corn’s natural sweetness and the luxurious embrace of cheese. If using fresh corn, cut approximately 6 cups of corn from the cob. For cheese options, you may choose any cheese that melts well. For example, parmesan cheese, Monterey jack, pepper jack, or even a mix and match of various cheeses to create a rich and unique flavor for the dish.  You may always adjust the heat of this dish by adding more or less green chili peppers.
