You do not need to store it in the refrigerator. Freezer – The airtight container will be stored in the freezer until ready to enjoy. You can also make the cookies and roll the cookie dough balls from the cookie scoop. Flash-freeze the cookie dough balls on a sheet pan then place them in an airtight container.
