These Boneless Buffalo Wings are just in time for football season! They are hot and spicy and oh so good! Buffalo Wings as an appetizer can be expensive, but not if you make them yourself! These boneless wings are CHEAP to make and, in my opinion, are WAY better than most restaurant wings!
Ingredients in Boneless Buffalo Wings
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts – you can also use boneless chicken thighs Flour Kosher Salt Black Pepper Cayenne Pepper Paprika Egg Milk Vegetable Oil Franks Hot Sauce – not the buffalo sauce or the buffalo wing sauce, just the plain hot sauce. Butter Blue Cheese Dressing for Dipping – use our homemade blue cheese dressing recipe or our creamy blue cheese sauce.
Several Ways to Serve
The classic way to serve boneless buffalo wings is — as we have pictured — with yummy blue cheese dip and celery sticks on the side. You’ll get no argument here that this is a great way to enjoy these wings. Throw some carrot sticks on there too! But there are other great ways to serve them too. If you haven’t tried boneless buffalo wings in as salad, you are missing out. The crunch of the lettuce combined with the spicy and savory flavor of the chicken is a great way to add protein to your salad. And a little pizazz to your meal. Or, try them inside a wrap. Similar to the salad, you get all the flavors of the lettuce and other veggies, but with the eat-with-your-hands fun and convenience of having the whole thing wrapped up in a tortilla. Plus, you don’t get your fingers sticky from the wings! We actually made them in a wrap for dinner tonight! Looking for a classic bone-in wing recipe? Be sure to try our Air Fryer Chicken Wings. When you air fry wings, they are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and smothered in a sweet tangy sauce!
