The blue cheese biscuit bites are puffy and buttery and have just the right amount of blue cheese. They are delicious and served right from the oven. They are quite addicting and because they are bite-size it is impossible to eat just one. I’m not even a huge fan of blue cheese and yet I could not stop eating these! The delicate cheese flavor is not overpowering and it is complemented by the flavor of the buttery biscuits. And since it’s only three ingredients, they’re super easy to throw together, making it a fun recipe for the kids!
Ingredients
This easy to make blue cheese bombs are just what you need to make a quick and delicious snack or appetizer. It is small enough for finger food but cute for a gathering. With only three ingredients these blue cheese bombs don’t last long!
Biscuits – I prefer to use Grands Refrigerated Biscuits from Pillsbury when I make these. I just like the flavor and texture better. They fluff up and make the bombs even better! Butter – Melt the butter to drizzle over top the biscuits giving it that golden color while it is being baked in the oven. Blue cheese – Crumble blue cheese is spread over the biscuits and in between getting every part of the bombs more flavor.
How to Make Blue Cheese Bombs
Grab your three ingredients and start cutting the dough, melt your butter, and sprinkle your cheese over top! These three ingredients burst into the oven into bombs adding all the flavor to each piece of biscuit. It is a yummy and savory snack!

These bombs are versatile and can be an appetizer, a snack after school, on game night, or just to watch a movie! They are so simple to make and come together quickly, you will want to have the ingredients on hand often. These blue cheese bombs are a family favorite! Party appetizer – These little buttery blue cheese biscuit bites are such a quick and easy appetizer! I throw them together for a holiday gathering, a potluck, a family party or even a late night snack. Side dish – They also make a delicious side to soups or salad supper. More fun than just popping open a can of biscuits and it doesn’t take much longer than that to make these! Dough – Make sure to cut your biscuit dough into small balls that are even with the others. This will help the biscuits to bake evenly in the oven. Cheese – If you have picky eaters who won’t eat blue cheese (or picky adults for that matter) they can also be made with shredded cheddar, Gorgonzola, Monterrey Jack, Pepper Jack, mozzarella, just about any kind of cheese you like. I prefer sharp cheddar for the best flavor.
