Gemma’s Pro Chef Tips
You can use fresh cherries for this but it can be labor intensive to pit, and fresh, in-season cherries can be quite expensive. If you are lucky enough to have some, save these for enjoying plain and stick to a bag of frozen cherries for this recipe. We like bittersweet chocolate around here but feel free to use any type of chooclate you like for this recipe. The chocolate should be chopped roughly but in small pieces since chocolate freezes quite hard. Serve this with a drizzle of chocolate syrup! This frozen yogurt can get icy if stored too long. We suggest eating this within a few days of making it for the best texture.
