How To Make Beef Chow Fun Noodles
First, marinate the beef with all marinade ingredients for 15 minutes. Next, loosen up the fresh flat rice noodles before stir-frying them in the wok. Prepare the seasoning sauce in a small bowl by mixing all the ingredients together. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until light brown and aromatic. Add beef and stir-fry until they are half-cooked, and then follow with the bean sprouts, flat rice noodles, and the seasonings.
