Hi Bold Bakers! As the Summer months roll around, I love being outdoors in the warm California weather and enjoying some frozen treats. After recently sharing my new milkshake and ice cream flavors, I had to create five brand new popsicle flavors! This year I decided to go as Big, Bold and decadent as possible! All five of these flavors have a smooth and creamy taste, as they use a base of yogurt, milk and cream. This tasty combination of ingredients actually makes these recipes a little healthy and make it super accessible. You will most likely have these ingredients in your fridge already, so its just a matter of getting creative with what flavorings to add and how you decorate them. These popsicles are show stoppers! While you theoretically could settle with just pouring these flavors into molds and freezing them, I’ve gone the extra step and garnished each flavor with a little something special. Like my creamy Chocolate & Peanut Butter Popsicle, which is dipped in chocolate and coated in crunchy peanuts, or my Strawberry Milk Popsicle that gets a splash of color and sweetness from confetti sprinkles. As a result, these popsicles are simply gorgeous to look at! Popsicles are such a simple way to make a really special single-serving dessert.
